It's a regrettable decision that we didn't choose Ash as our agent to sell our property, however, this gave us a valuable opportunity to see how Ash outperformed other agents to deliver amazing outcome. We had our property listed with another agent for over 3 months initially, spending over $15k on styling, campaign etc as requested without any reasonable offer received. We were really shocked that such an amazing house couldn’t be sold for more than 3 months! When we first sat down with him to sell our property, he went through thoroughly about the market trend and sale prices of properties around Kellyville..He also went through valuating our property based on location and amenities pointing out the plus points. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns put forward to him. The process of sale was seamless.
