Steven provided a good understanding of the sale process, particularly as it related to an Auction and the steps and safeguards required for offers that may come prior. He was available at all times during the sale process and always phoned back promptly if not available on first try. Steven is a very professional agent and has a wealth of knowledge of the current market and in particular as it relates to Glenhaven. Regrettably changes in market forces resulted in us accepting an offer about $50,000 below both Steven's and our original estimation .
