We made a fairly sudden decision to put our property in the market. We had met Steve when he has sold other properties in the area, and our neighbours had also had a great experience . Steve brought just two buyers through and the second buyers loved the property. We love our home of 30 years and we’re delighted that the new owners do as well. Even more exciting was the price we achieved thanks to Steves great negotiating skills. At all stages in the process Steve was open honest and very transparent.
