We made a fairly sudden decision to put our property in the market. We had met Steve when he has sold other properties in the area, and our neighbours had also had a great experience . Steve brought just two buyers through and the second buyers loved the property. We love our home of 30 years and we’re delighted that the new owners do as well. We loved this property but we’re undecided as we had not sold or marketed our own property. Steve was very helpful but not at all “pushy” or heavy handed. He certainly gave us clarity around the property we were interested in , and understood our hesitation. Steve was also very efficient in have contracts ready to sign and exchange , and negotiated well on our behalf . I could not recommend Steve and Camilla more highly
