Very knowledgeble
As a buyer, I found Manual to be both a good advocate for his client, but very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to general building and real estate matters. He also assisted us with some access and other requirements which were a bit out of scope, so that was appreciated.

Very professional and honest
Manny sold our home for a good price in a reasonable timeframe My wife and I are elderly retirees and Manny rolled his sleeves up and went the extra yards for us!😃. Manny went over and above an agents duty to prepare our house which prior to sale, had been tenanted for the last 17 years! He organised and oversaw repairs that had been needed for a very long time Then smartly organised the advertising That all led to a good sale in an acceptable time frame! Manny is a good man to have in your corner when going through what could otherwise have turned into very a stressful time for us.

Excellent Service and Results
This is the second house that Manuel has sold for me. The first house was sold for the asking price before the For Sale sign even made the front lawn. This time Contracts were exchanged in under 2 weeks with an excellent result. I cannot recommend Manuel highly enough. He works tirelessly until he achieves the results that you are after.

Manny Serano is a fantastic estate agent, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. My Dad has moved into care and I had to sell his house. The house had fallen into disrepair and needed lots of remedial work. I live in the UK and only had a very brief time in Australia to arrange the sale before I returned. I spoke to a number of local realtors and Manny was by far the best. He was the only one whose responses to my questions didn’t feel rehearsed and overly- slick, without any pressure, and I was immediately reassured that I had the right agent. Manny’s local market knowledge was excellent and his estimates on final price and period of sale were spot- on. He provided excellent advice about improvements to the property and had contacts who could do the work quickly, and within the budget he suggested, and the final improvements were superb. Manny took care of rubbish removal, clearance of the backyard and garage in my absence, and supervised the installation of new flooring, interior paintwork and some quite significant improvements to fittings. Manny also looked after dealings with the solicitors and conveyancers and the whole process was efficient, quick and well managed. He went far beyond what I could have expected from an estate agent and he did it all with great spirit and good humour Manny’s communication was clear, detailed and prompt, and the house achieved a sale price much higher than I expected given its initial state. I cannot recommend Manny highly enough. If you want honesty, knowledge and a very personable and professional experience, he is your man.
