Manual was recommended to us by a friend Prior to our initial meeting Manual had undertaken market research of our area and had an informed opinion on the value of the property. He outlined his obligations and provided us with sound strategies and thoroughly explained the selling process. During the selling phase all interactions with potential buyers were communicated to us professionally and accurately with the final sale price matching his initial research.
