When you need a professional agent Roy your guy!!!
Roy sold one of my properties in weeks vs the agent around the corner that took a year!!! Roys very Professional and gets the job done also adding he has a very very good team If you go else where honestly your wasting your time Only deal with Roy he's the best at what he does and is old school no grey area its either a Yes or a truthful No Thank you Roy Marando realestate keep managing my other properties and definitely will be doing business very soon thats Roy!!!

Very pleased
