The Best Agent in the South West
Roy was very professional and knowledgable from day one and right through the process of selling our home in a very difficult market. Roy was always courteous and very helpful and followed up regularly in person and by phone. Marando Real Estate achieved the best price for our property. Honest, hardworking agent that does what he says he will to sell your home.
We bought our current home through Roy Marando. He was professional and supportive to the seller but also to us, the buyers. Now, 13 years later it was time to sell. Again, Roy was quick to respond, kept us updated regularly and worked with us to secure a fair deal for us and the for the new owner.

Excellent service
From the moment we met with Roy, we knew we were in good hands. He came highly recommended from friends and family and he did not disappoint. Roy was extremely professional and his knowledge of the market was excellent. He tried his very best to sell our property for the highest amount and in the shortest period of time. Ultimately issues with our property led us to accept a final sale price slightly below what we had expected but this was out of Roy’s control. We are extremely happy we chose to go ahead with Marando Real Estate and will definitely recommend Roy to everyone we know.

Hard slog!!
Roy and the team at Marando Real Estate South West did a really great job in selling our home....twice!!! First exchange fell through as purchaser rescinded. A few days later he negotiated a sale that completed. Being interstate vendors we were nervous about the long distance relationship and accountability. Of the few agents we met with, the professional and no nonsense approach provided by Roy gave us the confidence to engage them as our agents. We were extremely pleased with the regular contact by Roy and his team. Following every inspection he provided honest feedback to us and an update of the local market conditions. Every call was returned, every concern addressed, any issues or rediculous offers dealt with swiftly. Roy displayed genuine knowledge of the area and provided regular local market intelligence of recent activity in the area. We would not hesitate to recommend Roy and his team as agents to you...
