We found Meg & Marc, professional, well informed and at all times our expectations were exceeded. Their knowledge of "the market" along with their marketing skills were outstanding. They brought to the table a healthy list of potential buyers, in fact the buyer was shown the property privately on Friday, the day before the first open house, this buyer made a written offer after Marc suggested that it was below our minimum. The buyer was advised of our lowest acceptable offer and returned on the Monday with a holding deposit reflecting this figure. The full deposit was paid ahead of the cooling off period and now the buyer will settle well ahead of the 42 days in the contract.

I liked the fact that this local real-estate agent is not flooding the market place, I felt confident that when signing with them, they were going to work hard for the sale.
