We met Daniel first as potential buyers of a property he was selling in 2022, and when it came time to sell our own property (in Embleton) we chose to list with Daniel over other agents that had a larger presence in our area because we were impressed with his diligence in following up and closing the deal. He has an excellent knowledge for property and the market, and has given us excellent advice throughout the various stages of our projects. During our 6 month renovation-to-sell project in Embleton (before completion and listing), Daniel brought through potential buyers to view the property with the intent of potentially selling prior to completion (something my partner and I expressed we would be interested in).
