We met Daniel first as potential buyers of a property he was selling in 2022, and when it came time to sell our own property (in Embleton) we chose to list with Daniel over other agents that had a larger presence in our area because we were impressed with his diligence in following up and closing the deal. He has an excellent knowledge for property and the market, and has given us excellent advice throughout the various stages of our projects. During our 6 month renovation-to-sell project in Embleton (before completion and listing), Daniel brought through potential buyers to view the property with the intent of potentially selling prior to completion (something my partner and I expressed we would be interested in). We were impressed by his commitment to bringing through interested buyers. Once we had chose to list with Daniel we also found him to be accomodating to our needs, often he would work in the home open times with our schedules/needs. I have found with other agents I get a sense that they can tell you things just because they know you want to hear them. Daniel has the ability to be honest and to the point, which was another reason we chose to list with him. I would much rather be told to fix a choice I had made with the interest of getting the best price. We were very happy with the end result. Daniel helped us to achieve our 'goal price', making the stressors of renovate-to-sell worth it! I would definitely recommend Daniel as an agent to friends and family.

Daniel Porcaro was my agent for selling an apartment in East Perth. He quickly organised some photos of the apartment and put together the listing on the usual real estate websites. It looked good but was also an honest description. It took a while to find a buyer but the offer was very close to Daniel’s estimate and once the buyer was found it all proceeded well. I would not hesitate to use Daniel as an agent again in the future.
