The identification and purchase of a property that suited our requirements.
We identified a property at the Lauderdale Estate where the marketing and sale of the land was being managed by Rod Marks. We found Rod to be very receptive, responsive and patient to our enquiries. Rod's knowledge of the broader Hervey Bay market was both forth coming and impressive. In our experience we found Rod to be ethical, honest and that he did not apply any high pressure marketing/sales techniques. Once we made our decision, Rod was extremely efficient and helpful in assisting us and our solicitor establish and effect the land sale contract.
