From the moment I decided to list Tony was there to help prepare the house for sale. A plan was made for presentation and Marketing. Reliable tradesmen were quickly found within a week photography was complete and the house was on the market. Its all the little extras that made the experience special. As I was not at the house plants were watered, floors mopped after wet days, mats put down and put away, reminders given to the gardener and many other small services. Every time there was inspection I was called and briefed. When the buyers arrived contracts were signed within hours of their first inspection. Exchange was professionally executed even with my jerky scanning and attaching. My solicitor who had been handling two other sales on my behalf , commented on how very professional and easy to deal with by comparison. We celebrated every milestone in various ways from coffee and cake to champagne and oysters. The buyers were brought to meet me before it went unconditional which was very helpful as they indicated what they did not need and even purchased items. Down to the last hour as I mopped my way out of the house Tony and Michael were on the phone letting me know the new owners were on their way with the keys.
