Unfortunately we had issues with our tenants, and if it hadn’t been for Maddy, this would have been a very stressful situation. We have been extremely upset by the experience we have had with MARQ while renting through them. The unit is in poor condition and some areas in the unit that required attention for many years was attempted to be placed on the responsibility of us. We rented the unit for a period of six months. The communication was in a bullying tone. For example setting dates for us to rectify of a couple of days otherwise we would provided with an invoice of where tradesman will be bought in. No prior conversation before receiving. Was a very upsetting experience. I felt bullied and disrespected.
