Alex Piatrova Is my current agent and I can not rate her highly enough! She is responsive, respectful and beyond capable in her capacity as my agent. Thanks Alex for all your hard work and I look forward to continuing to work with you!

We've had a great experience renting through this agency. They're professional and keep us up to date with any changes or updates regarding the property.

Very smooth process, lots of support from the team who were very communicative and helped explain everything clearly and promptly and made the experience very easy

First time renting out a property, and couldn’t have been an easier experience from start to finish. Stone were always phone call or text away to guide us through any questions we had. Their experience and professionalism were evident every step of the way. We’ll be return customers for years no doubt.

We have been appreciative of the high level of property management that Stone Gungahlin have offered us from the beginning till now. They know the rental market and have supported us with our rental to the highest standard. Quality management has given us quality tenants and that is high value as a landlord. We recommend Kerry and the team to anyone seeking property management in Canberra.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ruth and her team at Cox realestate Adaminaby. In the last 3 years Ruth and her team have been second to non with their kind and caring service. They have looked after and monitored our 2 investment properties with enthusiasm and professionalism well above what would be expected from an agent. I would highly recommend them for any Realestate business, they have a great knowledge of our area.

Ruth loves Adaminaby and the surrounding snowies and it shows in her business, life, friends. She is a fabulous agent who also cares for her tenants and their impressions.

unfortunately we ave been unable to complete the ownership docs but hope too shortly and proceed to rental agreement.
