Both Jess and Bek were fabulous to deal with throughout the process of finding a short term rental to manage between selling and buying property. It had been more than 20 years since I was a rental tenant and lots has changed, including the process becoming far more impersonal. I'd had poor experiences with a number of other agents prior to finding Jess and Bek; landlords offering run down, tired properties and I was feeling like a number. MARQ made it feel like a more personal, individualised experience again and the results of their experience took so much stress and pressure off me. Bek worked with me to find a really beautiful and comfortable place to rent during this time, using her knowledge and terrific communication skills to advocate for me and my needs while ensuring the landlord's requirements and expectations were met. Feels like a win win.
