I would like thank Bek for her exceptional customer service as my new property manager. She always offered great advice and guidance and always promptly responded to any of my questions. Many times she went above and beyond to ensure that I was at ease. Bek, It has been an absolute pleasure to work with true professional! Also a special mention for Peta, that also continued the excellent customer service. And on many occasions went out of her way to pick up keys and coping instruction manuals as well as answering all of my questions. Well done Bek, Peta and the whole MARQ team!! From the beginning of the application process MARQ properties kept us well informed about the application and next steps and even contacted us to inform about further details necessary to succeed in application asap rather than ghosting applicants in the middle of the process as most of the agents. The service was fast, smooth and before we even think about it property agents called us to inform that we have been accepted for property. We even start to feel like we’re special to them with their above and beyond services.

Both Jess and Bek were fabulous to deal with throughout the process of finding a short term rental to manage between selling and buying property. It had been more than 20 years since I was a rental tenant and lots has changed, including the process becoming far more impersonal. I'd had poor experiences with a number of other agents prior to finding Jess and Bek; landlords offering run down, tired properties and I was feeling like a number. MARQ made it feel like a more personal, individualised experience again and the results of their experience took so much stress and pressure off me. Bek worked with me to find a really beautiful and comfortable place to rent during this time, using her knowledge and terrific communication skills to advocate for me and my needs while ensuring the landlord's requirements and expectations were met. Feels like a win win. If I am an investor in the future, I will be looking for Jess and Bek at MARQ to manage my property - going the extra mile for both parties in a very professional and personable way. Thank you!
