Communications about potential tenants were timely. Limited in depth and without any real assessment. Costs for pics, advertising etc, seemed high but probably normal for industry. Fewer problems with new rental advertising staff than with managers.

Only critique I have is that at times she didn’t know some details about utilities (e.g. electricity, internet), and I would have to look into it myself.
