Handover of tenancy
I was a little disappointed with the lack of knowledge of the receptionist, albeit she was very sweet. Left a message for the property manager to call back however, we did not receive a call. This was maybe due to public holiday weekend though. The standard of the property was disappointing up on handover. This is yet to be followed up. Our initial experience with Kerry was very efficient.

Amazing Service!

Very good agency in my experience as a landlord
Since early 2017, McGrath have managed a rental property for me in the inner North of Canberra. During this period there have been a number of tenants in the property, which McGrath have vetted and managed throughout their tenancy’s. The quality of the tenants has been good and I have found the McGrath team professional in their dealings with me and the tenants. The McGrath team are prompt with replies to any issues I may have have and are also excellent at keeping me informed of any issues regarding the tenants or the property. I would happily recommend their services to any landlords.

Excellent Communication
Right from the get go the team at Mcgrath North Canberra were awesome they did not hesitate to come to see me at my property and spent most of the afternoon going over the details with me. We recently moved to Perth and the team were very accommodating with sorted out all of the details and tenants quickly, nothing was an issue. Well done Mcgrath North Canberra. :-)

Great Service
