We ended up accepting a pre-auction offer that was far above anything we expected to get. I have no doubt that the reason for this is Justin's extensive experience and knowledge of the Canberra market, and the expertise he and Dimi had in making the house look the best, in knowing how to reach the people who would want to buy it.
