Kris was able to devote much more attention to our sale process during a lengthy ACT lockdown as listings dried up and were thin on the ground. As a result he was able to give us more individual attention which resulted in a positive experience with a short three week marketing period, no signage, no inspections but comprehensive cover arranged with listing sites and a resulting sale over reserve. Kris and the McGrath team responded to queries positively at all times and suggestions were well founded. His sense of the market reaction to our listing during lockdown was correct with above expectations in purchaser interest.
