Kris was able to devote much more attention to our sale process during a lengthy ACT lockdown as listings dried up and were thin on the ground. As a result he was able to give us more individual attention which resulted in a positive experience with a short three week marketing period, no signage, no inspections but comprehensive cover arranged with listing sites and a resulting sale over reserve. Kris and the McGrath team responded to queries positively at all times and suggestions were well founded.
