Our decision to move back to Canberra was quite sudden and we wanted to buy a house close to our daughter’s home. Kris was the agent for the house that best fitted our criteria. Kris’s clients had already moved overseas and were in a difficult situation trying to buy in their new home. This added to the usual stress sellers face waiting for their house to go to auction. I actually bought the house negotiating after the auction depending on Kris going above and beyond the efforts I would usually expect from an agent. He needed to contact the sellers’ power of attorney for the sale while repeatedly trying to contact the sellers overseas and driving to my daughter’s house to obtain my signature. Throughout this process he was straightforward and effective in his communications with all parties, and had a warm smile as he found a solution that made sellers and buyers happy. I found Kris easy to work with and very professional in his manner. Should we move again I will happily ask him to act as agent.
