Professional and friendly service
The agents at McGrath have provided exceptional service. Throughout the process they were very efficient, easy to communicate with and brought forward well vetted prospective tenants for my decision. Compared to other agents i have dealt i have no hesitation recommending them both for landlords and tenants.

Fantastic Agency
The McGrath team advised that our tenant was moving out and suggested we'd better advertise. They had an open day/inspection on a Tuesday afternoon and by the end of day Tuesday we had a signed tenant agreement. Their presentation of the property was unreal and a real selling point.
