Justin was friendly, honest and helpful with any questions we had. We were unable to make one of the open homes but we had the flexibility of inspecting the property privately at a time of our choosing. We received the contract quickly and Justin responded to our emails promptly. Most importantly, for all buyers, he provided an accurate sales estimate. Unlike other auctions we have attended, we did not feel any pressure or intimidation from the team at the auction. Justin did not linger over us during the bidding process. We didn’t feel nagged to increase our bid once we reached our limit. The property was passed in and later that day we were able to negotiate. The negotiation was realistic and fair and luckily our offer was accepted. It was an enjoyable experience signing the contract, having a laugh together and talking about property. Excellent service from the beginning and I would definitely recommend Justin as an agent.
