Justin far exceeded my expectations in his management and handling of the sale of my property in Harrison, ACT. In addition to receiving a reasonable and pleasing offer on the property within a very short timeframe (two days), he exercised the highest levels of professionalism and judgement in communicating with both myself and the buyer of the property to ensure a smooth transition. I placed my trust in Justin in managing the sale and he did not disappoint in any way. That he took the time to take my personal circumstances into consideration and demonstrated tact, excellent decision-making and high emotional intelligence shows he is an agent who will go above and beyond to meet the needs of his clients. Justin sold us our last house and when it came time to sell that house we chose Justin to sell it for us. As a result we have had experience with him both as a seller and a buyer and I have to say that we wouldn't choose anyone else. Justin put up with us during a very stressful time, he put a lot of hours into providing a personalised service and helped us to sell the house by a very hard deadline. In a process when everyone seemed to be letting us down, Justin was a rare and very welcome exception.
