My experience as a tenant with Marriot Lane has been excellent thus far. The property manager promptly addressed all my inquiries prior to signing the lease, and the condition report was detailed and accurate. The agent has been consistently supportive with every request I made. Their professionalism stood out, as they never pressured me into making a quick decision regarding the lease or scheduled unnecessary visits. The two reception staff were exceptionally friendly and took the time to thoroughly review the documentation every time I have visited them, providing helpful tips as a newcomer in Sydney. The documentation is comprehensive, covering all potential scenarios and minimizing ambiguity in the event of any issues. I feel a strong sense of safety and security in my dealings with this agency. This is my second rental experience, and I can clearly see a significant improvement compared to my previous agency.

We have had a long association with Sabine , she was our property manager when we rented & then with our own property now Sabine is looking after us as owners. She has provided us with excellent professional service and regular updates. She made the process seamless and helped us find good tenants and when we needed an extra set of keys she helped arrange this for us as we had left the state. Highly recommend Sabine.
