Exceptional service!
Marriott Lane have managed my rental flat for many years whilst I'm working abroad. Shant, who has been my property managerr has taken care of the flat, ensuring continuous tenancy, and keeping me in the loop of all maintenance updates. I've not had to worry about being so far away from the property. I'd recommend Shant and Mariott Lane to anyone. I'm glad they are my agent!

Mr Komchian has absolutely been phenomenal, from the first day we handed over our keys to him to this day. His always looked for our best interest as Landlord's and the tenants too. Fabulous service
Matt Hanlon is my agent. Matthew has been my property manager for 2 years+ and has provided a personal and attentive service to both myself and my tenants which is really important. Issues have been sorted quickly and efficiently and without drama. Throughout the recent re-letting process Matthew kept me informed at all times and came up with strategies to show the property to best advantage. The best there is!
We have been with Marriott Lane for almost 9 years, prior to this other agencies for 15 years. Our Dedicated property manager for our whole time at ML is Matthew Hanlon: who remains in our opinion the most thorough, professional, dedicated property manager in this entire industry. Matthew pays granluar attention to the smallest detail whether that be inspections, repairs, or finance related. Far from the norm of property management being a cut and paste commodity, we have always felt with Matthew a deep concern for every event which today has forged this relationship into much more than a management service: it is a respected business partnership. We feel privaledged having Matthew Hanlon as our Property Manager.

Best property manager I've had
From the first contact I had with Georgina she had been highly professional. She organises repairs promptly. Recently the old tenants terminated their lease early. Georgina was able to get another tenant in with minimum delay. She kept me updated with the progress regularly. I've dealt with many property managers over the years for our various investment properties around Sydney and can confidently say she is the best.
