We had no problem with them responding quickly to issues arising at the house, it's just when it came to emails and verbal exchanges, the words used were unnecessary and unhelpful "put downs". There were inaccurate expectations about us being responsible for mowing the council verge, and getting rid of paint cans and rubbish left behind by a handyman. The level of arrogance by one agent was breathtaking!
