The property manager was friendly ( typical salesman) but rushed me through the property I was interested in renting. He was unable to answer questions regarding the property and failed to locate the relevant parking space. This question was fortunately answered by an agent from another company who happened to be present when I moved in. On collecting the keys the property manager did not even bother to come out of his office to say hello. I find that plain rude. Also , despite being assured there would be window coverings within two weeks, this has not occurred. Any questions I ask regarding the property or assistance I need the manager defects. It is as if he thinks he is too good to communicate with anyone once he has them signed. The property is new and I am paying more than decent rent in North Sydney. Not impressed!
