From the moment we first met to discuss the sale of my apartment, Stuart thoroughly impressed my wife and myself with his detailed knowledge of sales around St Leonards. Right from the start he was willing to listen to our situation, and he came up with alternative timetables and other accommodations for our needs. He made recommendations for touching up and painting my apartment before the sale, and the people he brought on board did a great job and were very easy to work with. Throughout the sales process his communication was excellent, as he called us multiple times a week to update us with the results of each inspection. It was also quite clear over time that he was working hard to keep communicating with potential buyers. In the end we got a good result on the apartment sale, which I put down entirely to his professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending Stuart to anyone thinking of selling.
