From the moment we first met to discuss the sale of my apartment, Stuart thoroughly impressed my wife and myself with his detailed knowledge of sales around St Leonards. Right from the start he was willing to listen to our situation, and he came up with alternative timetables and other accommodations for our needs. He made recommendations for touching up and painting my apartment before the sale, and the people he brought on board did a great job and were very easy to work with. Throughout the sales process his communication was excellent, as he called us multiple times a week to update us with the results of each inspection. Stuart appealed to us as buyers. He is friendly and pleasant but does not feel the need to be pushy to sell the property.
