Shant always responded to my enquiries in a very timely manner and he understood my requirements. He explained all the various steps involved in the sale process. He obviously knows his market, especially since his agency has been long established in Crows Nest. We cooperated in formulating the best presentation of the property prior to the first open day. He achieved a very quick sale in the time frame we had in mind and also by negotiating with the prospective buyer, he achieved the realistic price guide we had agreed upon. Shant came highly recommended by a personal friend and I was confident of his capabilities during our first meeting. Mr Komchian also made the effort to ensure that there was plenty of opportunity for potential buyers to view the property despite having to deal with a holiday weekend in the middle of the campaign.
