Jessica and Edward did a great job!
Selling during lockdown isn't easy, it requires more effort and dedication to focus on every customer. Jessica and Edward demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and excellent people skills. They helped me managed the tenant and continuing doing appointments during lock down, thank you very much for doing it. On top of that, they have good knowledge of the area, got some creative ideas on how to improve the engagements, spend smartly on advertising, and passing the feedback to me promptly. I have no doubt the team will continue to be successful and hopefully we will do business again.

Great service
Jessica and her office did a fantastic job. I was very satisfied with the service she provided. I highly recommend Jessica and her agency. She was almost always available when we called her and when she wasn’t, she didn’t keep us waiting long. We were very impressed and grateful and if we ever need an agent in that area again we’ll definitely look her up again.

Thorough professional and a nice person.
Jessica was seller's agent for the property we bought in Pymble. It was a great pleasure to work with her. From the very onset she was affable and sincere. She communicated at ever step - small or big, and really helped through the settlement process. A couple of times we wanted to see the property outside of advertised hours and Jess accomodated our requests with ease working around her schedule. We had many queries for the building manager and vendors during the process, and Jessica brokered the communication in a professional and timely manner pro-actively actioning on the things that needed attention. She's good a good work ethic and her genuinity as person makes it a delight to engage with her. Great work, Jess. Much appreciated.

Nothing was ever too much trouble
From the first minute I stepped into the 36th, I fell in love at first sight. Jessica was great in all aspects when purchasing our new home recently. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she often went above and beyond. She always got back to our enquires in a timely fashion and continues to be available to us for questions now even after the sale. Jessica and her team supported us through the stressful buying process in a really heated market. They were very professional and helpful all the way! Highly recommend the Team!! Thank you Jessica for making our dreams come true, we are so happy we finally got the house.

Trust values more than Gold !
We know Jessica & Craig 4 years ago when I bought from them; by the time we know northing about the area except for our kid go to local school; jess helped me settle down and gives me a lot of help for my house and purchasing. When we need to sell, we never hesitate to go anywhere else but jess& craig ; we are selling in overseas so they take care from reno - styling - marketing - selling , and it was sold only 10 days on the market and we are so so happy with the result ; the team they have works so professional they always sending me photo to me when the reno is carrying and always keep me posted about the market. Their video is amazing that staff is playing the tennis and kids in the kitchen, they very thoughtful from all angle to present my house. Jess is very strong in the Chinese market; not only because she is bilingual , but her personality is the main key point people likes her I trust them with no hesitation we know it will be a good area sold and jess did not disappointed us !! Tenacious and honest.
