A great agent who knows how to get the best price for your property

From the moment Ahmad contacted me he was friendly, courteous and not at all pushy. He knew what our property was worth and was able to get the purchaser to increase his offer to what was a realistic price without any prompting from us. At all times, Ahmad kept us up to date with what was happening and the offers made, and we always found him to be friendly and courteous and offered any assistance we may require to help the sale as stress free as possible and it worked. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ahmad or the Marshall Group for anyone thinking of selling or buying property. Our experience has been extremely positive and in fact have also purchased an apartment through their agency as well.
