Very professional from start to finish

Kate did a terrific job in a difficult market and with buyer and seller complexities
Kate has extensive knowledge of the local market and closely monitors daily changes. She kept in contact through regular reports and immediate updates when situations changed. She was sensitive to the sellers situation and patient with prospective buyers, finally achieving a better price than a similar property nearby.

Refreshingly down to earth, no spin or shenanigans
It was a pleasant surprise dealing with Kate. We weren't subjected to the usual nonsense we've gotten used to from agents. She listened to our needs and concerns, and balanced them with the owners' and made a good fit between us.

Highly Recommend
