Our experience with Lupton Ferguson when buying our new home was a very positive one. We were constantly kept informed of negotiations with the Vendors and all efforts were made when we requested further inspections of the property to fit in with our needs. Even though it was a very long settlement, Louise maintained contact and was always helpful with any questions we had along the way. Louise is very approachable and understanding about all the issues that we found important. He was transparent and honest with us in relation to the negotiations of the property. Flawless communication from Louise and Sarah. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was kept in the loop throughout the whole sales process. They paid attention to every little detail, and tailored the sales campaign to meet my needs and market conditions. I was also impressed that other members of the Lupton Ferguson sales team were able to make things happen if Louise and/or Sarah were not available to take my call.
