Dominique Salvato was always in communication with us throughout the process of selling our home. He was always courteous, polite, punctual and most importantly, honest in giving advice with regards to the asking price and outcome. Dominique is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and was always forthcoming with updated information. I would recommend his services to anyone who is planning on selling their home.

Great Agent
Four five stars says it all. Rob had been a terrific agent from day one. The first interview to put the house on the market was thorough in every respect. He listened to my concerns throughout and was happy to make any changes, nothing was too much trouble. I was kept informed of all developments when the house was on the market, and he did a great job with negations. Since the sale he has kept in touch. Rob is a very friendly and well informed person and I would definitely recommend Rob as an Agent.

Fantastic, honest, caring Agent!
I met Dominic at a very nerve racking time of my life. A single mum trying to get back into the property market. I had been to many opens prior to purchasing my “new home” from Dominic. I was a little deflated and probably a little standoffish by the time I met Dominic as I had been searching for the right place for many months and I had not had the best experience with other agents, but Dominic was absolutely fantastic. He was so welcoming and honest with me and answered my many, many questions. He was always contactable whether it be via email, sms, phone or in person. I felt he genuinely cared for me and my circumstances. The day he called me to advise I was successful in purchasing the property was one of the happiest days of my life. Buying a home can be a very stressful, nerve racking experience, but Dominic made it a happy, exciting time of my life and I will be forever grateful for him holding my hand through this process. Genine Honest Agent
My dealings with Rob and his team came as a most pleasant surprise to what I had experienced to date in my search for a property in the Frankston area. A pleasure do deal with.
We found Dom and Cass extremely helpful through the entire process of purchasing our new home. After dealing with so many agents over the past 12 months, it was refreshing to be treated like a genuine buyer despite that fact that I was dressed in jeans and a flannel shirt lol. The non judgmental treatment and relaxed no pressure attitude was truly wonderful. For this exact reason we have engaged Dom and Cass to sell our old home as we would like the new owners to have the same positive experience we had. Highly recommend. Cannot rate Dominic highly enough! In an industry that often gets a bad reputation for being pushy and commission based, Dominic is anything but. We chose Lupton Ferguson because Dominic was genuine, real and personal. Equally important, he was honest and realistic in his evaluation and gave us sound, comprehensive and useful advise. We have been on the hunt for a home in the Mornington area for some time now, Rob was far and away the most professional agent we came across throughout this time. Although the vendor at times was hard to get a hold of Rob kept us completely in the loop and made the process as simple as possible. Very good agent.
