David's performance in selling our unit ion Zetland was excellent from beginning to end. His knowledge of the Zetland market is second to none and he also did an excellent job updating our unit with new carpets etc and in general marketing the property. This meant the property sold for $975,000 which was a record for the whole of Zetland! Outstanding work, I would be more than happy to recommend him to anybody who is looking to sell in the future.
