Dave and the team were absolutely amazing during the entire selling process of our house. This was the first time my husband and I have sold, and Dave made everything easy to understand, walked us through every step, and showed genuine care for us. He was professional at all times, his communication was second to none, he was always quick to respond, and his market knowledge is outstanding. He was also incredible with negotiating on the day of the auction, given the market slump for sellers at this time. We would strongly recommend him and his team to anyone in our position 🙏🏼
