He guided me through the process of sale: first deciding to sell or lease the property, and then eventually going through the sale path that I was comfortable with (first off market, tips for showing the property as I didn't want to stage or move out, etc). Once on market, the property was sold in less than 3 weeks. I'm very happy with the outcome.

My partner and I were in the market for a first home, we were already renting with the same agent MGM Martin. They sent us listings because we wanted to stay in the Alexandria/Waterloo area. Then this one apartment came up, so we had a look.. it was bigger than other for the same price, great lay out, and in the same complex where we were already renting, Peter was very helpful in returning our call even though it was almost Christmas and he was on vacation. Think he could tell we were very interested, which we had expressed. We had another viewing and decided yes! We made an offer and had another viewing.
