I have known David Bettini (Sales Director) for a number of years in his role as a Real Estate Agent in the area of Rosebery. Being retired I decided to sell my apartment and move to Melbourne as I was aware the market had picked up recently. I contacted David and invited him to do an appraisal of my apartment as I aware of recent sales he has been successful with in my complex. David attended my apartment along with Peter Tun (Sales Executive) and did an appraisal and gave a sale range figure, He also suggested I place the majority of my furniture into storage and get a Stylist to style my apartment. David arranged to meet me with the Stylist the following week. Both David and Peter were very professional and of great assistance. The photography of my apartment was carried out and the online presentation of my apartment online was of high quality. The first open house was held on 11 November 2023 with 34 inpections and 7 asking for the contract. David kept me up to date with offers and both, David and Peter, were of great assistance. On 17 November 2023 I accepted an offer which I was extremely pleased with. The 5 day cooling off period expired 24 November 2023 and Peter advised me the buyer had paid the deposit by close of business. Overall I was extremely happy with both David and Peter at MGM Martin and the short time it took to sell my apartment, I would highly recommend David and Peter for your real estate needs whether buying or selling.
