The process of purchasing our property through Martin has been excellent. We had been searching for a home for close to 3 years, so had met many sales agents over the past 3 years. None of them have come close to the service and approach from David, Jamie and the team. They are extremely knowledgeable about the local area and market prices. The negotiation was simple with a no-nonsense approach from David, and the inspections and assistance we received from Jamie along the way has been incredibly helpful. The only feedback I would say in relation to the communication is to remind the team that for first home buyers the experience is a foreign one and taking a bit more time to explain the steps would be helpful. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Martin team for any future property sales. They were wonderful!
