I bought a property from Matt Callaghan property and gave it to their Property Manager Matt Layton to rent out for me. Matt had found a tenant in less than 24 hours and it was one of their existing tenants who had excellent references. I was very impressd. From the start Matt Leyton was very welcoming and professional he has an excellent understanding of the market and has always kept me updated and contacts me straight away if there is a problem with the unit and gets repairs attended to asap. First met Matt Callaghan and his team in 2020 when I purchased a stunning property in Burraneer Bay. The Process was so great I tested the team with property management, despite the fact I had other investment properties managed by other agents.
