Matt started marketing the property two weeks before the previous tenant vacated and presented us with 3 great options for the next tenant at a rental that was above our expectations. We moved into our apartment over a year ago and chose to re-sign our lease recently because we have never had such a wonderful property manager! Matt Layton responds to any enquiry same day, and his inspections are always on time and accompanied with great conversation and a smile. He always checks up to make sure we have no concerns with the property and is very considerate of our time when scheduling in visits. I truly could not recommend a better company, I have never had this level of excellent service in any of my previous rentals. I have multiple properties that are managed by Matt Layton. He is extremely attentive to all needs of both the landlords and tenants.
