My partner and I had been to endless auctions and open homes and experienced varying quality of agents - Matt and his team were just absolutely fantastic and such a pleasure to deal. We only seriously considered the Pacific Street home 48 hours before the auction and desperately wanted to get in and see the property. Even on such short notice Matt was able to wrangle a viewing that fitted in with our crazy work schedules and answered the 100s of questions we had. During the auction Matt was in constant communication with us around our options and really gave us the confidence needed to pursue the property. The quality of service was also unwavering after the sale as the team were so prompt in relaying our requests and queries to the vendors around measurements, previous providers etc which was incredibly helpful. We really appreciated everything they did for us and couldn't recommend them more highly!
