From our first meeting Matt revealed good market knowledge , sensible marketing plan, and confidence in his abilities to achieve a suggested probable outcome ,that helped us overcome some understandable initial hesitation of selling at this time. His charismatic personality was matched by his passionate behaviour to ensure involvement and competency of his whole team -from the day of promotion preparation ,to each open house ,right through to buyer negotiations and final completion of sale. His communication was good and varied ,he had the ability to adjust the selling plan according to changes that invariably occur in any similar project and he always remained positive when these took place due to unforeseen circumstances . Our experience dealing with Matt, Abby and the team at Callaghan’s has been an absolute pleasure, their price guide was spot on, absolutely no pressure on auction day (which was a welcome change from past experience) when compared to other agents. Auctions can sometimes be intimidating but being kept informed and updated regularly during the auction it made it so much more enjoyable than being poked and prodded.
