He is honest, gives sound advice (even if it means that a property is not listed) and always acts in the best interest of the seller. He advised us previously not to sell a property because he felt that we would achieve a much better result in the future and he was absolutely correct. Our relationship with Matt started some 17yrs ago when we moved from NSW . This was when we first met Matt Tennant. We were on our way to Cleveland on recommendation of a relative to look at houses. We didn't make it to Cleveland as we stopped for a bite to eat at Redland Bay and loved the village shops. Matt showed us 3 homes that day back in 2003, the last one being the one we bought. It was seamless and we have loved this house for 17yrs it has been a great place for family and friends and now time for a new chapter in our retirement. Matt loves Redland Bay as much as we do and have so who better to sell our home than him. The one he originally showed us. Matt was as excited as we were to get it to the market and was able to secure a sale in virtually less than 2 weeks. Went on market on Thursday and sold the following Sunday. You can’t drive through Redland Bay without seeing Matt’s name on a Property ‘For Sale’ sign. We realise this can only mean he is well respected and trusted by locals to sell their homes and were not surprised when we called him in regards to one of his listed properties, to find him a pleasure to deal with.
