I've bought and sold a lot of properties over the years and you never know how the agent will turn out - many like to beat their own drum and tell you how fabulous they are but then don't deliver.....Matt on the other hand has been excellent to deal with. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and smart as a whip. Matt followed through with everything he stated, he knew exactly how and what about the business and is one of the few agents that you feel is doing everything correctly and appropriately.
