What a magnificent beast of an agent , i never liked agents till matt in a few days flat came to us with a signed contract.... credit where credit is due, we tried to sell ourselves and then needed it sold asap when a contract fell through, matt kindly stepped in and took care of everything for us after a very stressful start to the year, he blinked an eye and it was done and dusted..... he is so professional and actually really pleasant to deal with unlike most slimey agents! i honestly cant say enough about matt tenant he really is worthy of his commission as he is outstanding in his work , i think my jaw is still on the ground from the speed of one weekend of viewing to contract and house just settled a few minutes ago ..... thank you matt and if you want your place sold he is your man!!!! Great experience with Matt. He sold the property round the corner so decided to use him too. Within 48 hrs he had a contract on the property at the price we wanted. Awesome! He only had one weekend of open viewings too.
