Even though Matt was not representing our interests( he was the seller’s Agent) we could not have been treated better. When we inspected the house (which we ultimately bought) he was always courteous, helpful n ready to answer our questions. Pre-settlement, we have been able to move in our possessions as Matt has offered his time to let us into the house n then stayed with us whilst we have been unloading. Matt’s time n help have been greatly appreciated.

We made the decision to list with Matt after also purchasing another property he was selling. We honestly could not have been any happier with our decisions. As vendors, we were so pleased with the results...our property sold in just 2 weeks on the market! Matt knew his stuff as a real estate agent; he made some simple, cost effective suggestions of how we could present the house for staging and we took his advice. As a result our house looked appealing and felt very spacious, but more importantly, it sold quickly! Matt's support didn't just stop after the paperwork was signed. On moving/settlement day, we were running a bit behind schedule (due to rain delays) and Matt didn't hesitate to roll up his sleeves and help us out. I personally don't know many other agents who would be willing to be so 'hands on', helping out, but it just goes to show how personable Matt is.
